This is the final reminder of Atherstone Adders Hockey Club's Annual General Meeting. It is being held on Tuesday 9th July 2024. The meeting will take place at Atherstone Sports Club, Ratcliffe Road, CV9 1LX and starts at 7.00pm.
Also please find below the Agenda for this years meeting, including current officers and captains. All email nominations are now closed but nominations can be made on the night by any Club member who attends the meeting.
*If there is more than one candidate for any position, then a vote will take place using a ballot paper provided by the Club.

The deadline has also passed for AOB items. There will be no opportunity to raise AOB at the meeting.

* Request for Social Club to offer discount to members
Discounts within the club at the bar; for instance the majority of clubs attended have had a members discount on beer leading to an increase in demand for beverages. Providing an incentivised participation within said clubs. I strongly believe that member discounts at the bar of our clubhouse would encourage more people to either join and or purchase beverages at our "beloved" clubhouse. proposer; C.Orton-Moore
